We are currently partnering with a boutique Investment Research firm that is seeking a Managing Director of Client Services in the DC Metro area. This is a highly visible and critical role, in which the individual will work directly with the leadership team to enhance the use of the firm’s proprietary research products/services as well as maintain relationships with key executives at their client companies. The role requires up to approximately 25% travel (NYC, Boston, Chicago, London…) and the ability to implement and execute a process driven client service strategy. Strong presentation and communication skills are required along with financial fluency and a strong knowledge of capital markets and various asset classes.
Qualified individuals will have or be a candidate towards their CFA (Level 1 or higher) or will possess a recognized leading MBA. The ability to professionally engage and develop relationships with executives at large institutional investment firms is paramount. Requirements for the role are:
- 5-7+ years of experience is required
- BA in Finance
- CFA candidate or MBA
- Exemplary communication/presentation skills
- In depth knowledge of capital markets
- Strong work ethic and drive
- Ability to travel up to 25%
