Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of stakeholders to help identify business rules, propose solutions, and performs the liaison function among stakeholders and technology solutions.

Key functions will include but are not limited to:

  • Aid in the specification, scoping, documentation and delivery of Global Technology Development projects
  • Manage complex projects ranging from design and development to production
  • Collect information using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, as well as other forms of analysis
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology-related field
  • Two or more years of experience in an analyst role
  • Experience with standard software development project management processes (SDLC)
