All positions within an organization serve a valuable purpose, but not all positions are equally as valuable.  Companies who are still recruiting all positions in the same way are missing the boat on more efficient and effective hiring.  Firms can to adapt their “Best-Practices” model to a “Best-Fit” model to help them put a program in place to be able to recruit and attract the best talent.  This article gives some great information about the difference between the models and why it might make sense for more companies to consider dropping their current “Best-Practices.”
