Do you think about Company Culture when you are interviewing?  If not, you need to be.  For success with long term hiring, making sure the person can do the job is key, but what if they don’t fit with the company mission or goals?  Ignoring this fact can set you up for disappointment down the road.  Here is a great article that takes on this question and provides examples of how you can incorporate questions around culture fit into your interview process.
