Job Description

Bailiwick Search Group has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager position within a growing division of a large and established company who has been around for over 50 years.  This position requires a self-driven individual with a strong background in the food, pharmaceutical or medical devices markets.  This is a very visible position focused initially with completing the new sites ISO 9001 certification and with opportunities to lead and manage a team of hardworking individuals.

Key functions will include but are not limited to:

  • Producing customer and regulatory audits
  • Receiving and tracking customer complaints
  • Constantly improving internal procedures
  • Annual GMP training

Ideal candidates will have a successful track record in the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
  • Proven ability with process of gaining an ISO 9001 certification
  • 5+ years in QA systems implementation and management
  • Regulatory experience preferred (medical device or food packaging field)


Our client is a leader in the pharmaceutical market with locations across the world.  This company has been established for over 50 years and is continually growing and expanding. This division has been under the leadership of a new General Manager for over a year and they have been expanding rapidly.  They see this division as a high growth area for them over the next 2-7 years.
